Sorry Everyone! The PS#3 version on the site Wednesday and earlier Thursday needs a small correction. If you downloaded/printed a version where question #2 is asking for a local alignment, this should be overlap alignment. (We're saving local alignment practice for PS#4). --Rick

We have had some questions about what labs on campus will have R installed.
We have updates to tht problem sets bcause a few of the questions had issues.
New Lab Room #'s are 4345 and 4346 in Young Hall.
